Initial Meeting, Data Collection and Site Tour
- Initially ACCS meets with you to learn all we can about you and your business. We conduct these meetings in a discrete and confidential fashion, usually after your employees have gone for the day or at our Phoenix offices.
- We review your business history, financial data, equipment list, and a copy of your lease (if you are renting) and provide you with an accurate opinion of the market value.
Marketing
- Our Strategic Marketing Plan packages your business in a comprehensive, captivating marketing and financing package specifically written for your company and referred to as "The Book".
- Once "The Book" is finalized, ACCS markets your business to the largest number of suitable buyers. As responses are received, we filter and screen potential buyers on your behalf. We inform you of all seriously interested and vetted buyers as well as arrange and attend all confidential buyer visits to your business.
Confidentiality
- We ensure your confidentiality in a number of contemporaneously effective procedures including but not limited to:
- Having all potential buyers sign a non-disclosure agreement.
- All buyers are required to attend a face-to-face interview with an officer of ACCS at a confidential location prior to receiving any information about your company. Then information is only disclosed to vetted buyers with the experience and the capital required for execution of the transaction. Most other brokers disclose confidential information about every business they have listed to anyone who has a fax machine or who stops by their office, regardless of their lack of industry experience or available funds. This reckless and disrespectful breach of your confidentiality does not happen at ACCS.
- Introduction, discussion and negotiations are conducted in confidence at a confidential location, or after hours at a pre-arranged time at the seller's private office.
- All marketing is "blind", which conceals the business identity.
- ACCS does not compromise your confidentiality by using multiple listings or sharing your business with a valley board of 100+ independent real estate agents who most likely do not understand the importance of, care about, or have any vested interest in your confidentiality.
Offers and Negotiations
- ACCS works with all parties - the prospective buyers, accountants, attorneys, lenders, third party appraisers, landlords, licensing agencies, escrow agents, and others to keep the process moving forward. Once the deal is on the way to completion, our role is to sustain momentum and turn daily challenges into positive outcomes.
- Our talented team negotiates all phases of the transaction on your behalf so that all parties win. This is sometimes difficult - however very critical - which we handle with unusual tact and success leading to a positive closing and realization of your goals.

Closings
